The Energis Portfolio Atlas is an internal tool of Energis SA/NV. It shows how the Energis.Cloud platform is used across Energis's customers. Access is personal and granted only to people approved by Energis: Energis staff, and the people of partner agencies working with Energis.
What we receive when you sign in
You sign in with your Google account. From Google, the Atlas receives only your e-mail address and the confirmation that Google has verified it (the openid and email permissions). It receives no password, no contacts, no files and nothing else from your Google account.
What the Atlas records
- Your access: your e-mail address, your organisation, whether your access was requested, approved, refused or removed, and when.
- Your visits: when you sign in and out, and how long each visit lasts (the page reports that it is open about once a minute).
- What you open: which part of the Atlas you view (for example the map, a customer page). When you search, only the fact that you searched is recorded, never what you typed.
- Technical details of each sign-in: the IP address and browser type, kept with the session for security.
Why
To keep the Atlas secure, to see who uses it and how, and to decide who keeps access. The record is read only by the Atlas's administrator at Energis. It is never sold, never shared outside Energis, and not used for advertising.
How long
Sign-in and usage records are kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically. Your access record is kept while you have access and for 12 months after it ends.
Your rights
You can ask to see the records about you, to have them corrected or deleted, or to have your access removed, by writing to oguz.kiranlar@energis.cloud. Under the GDPR you may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
